Terms & Conditions

  • 1.1 ‘Buyer’ means any person accepting the electronic cigarette shop terms and conditions for any order.
  • 1.2 ‘Seller’ means the company selling the item to the buyer i.e EGO Cigarette
  • 1.3 ‘Goods’ means any item(s) supplied by the seller to the buyer under these terms and conditions.
  • 1.4 ‘Terms and Conditions’ means the terms under which any sale is made.
  • 1.5 ‘We’ means the seller.
  • 2.1 All orders placed from the buyer will be shipped where delivery is possible.
  • 2.2 Goods received defective or damaged should be returned and will be replaced at the cost of the seller. Any goods that are received and wishing to be replaced or returned for any other reasons should be taken up with our staff where a decision will be made. All returns should be received within 5 working days.
  • 2.3 The seller holds the right to withdraw any request for refunds unless under Clause 2.2 Electronic Cigarette Shop Terms and Conditions which must apply.
  • 2.4 The buyer can cancel any order within 14 days after the goods are recieved under Clause 2.2 of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 2.5 Any orders cancelled require the buyer to return the items and be responsible for postage costs & condition the items are returned in.
  • 2.6 All orders returned due to defect or damage should be claimed within 3 working days and the buyer should notify us immediately.
  • 2.7 The seller holds the right to cancel any order.
  • 2.8 All items that are sent and not received by the buyer are not covered for return unless received damaged or lost in transit & covered for shipping.
  • 2.9 Any items returned unclaimed will be retained until further PAP costs are covered. Any items sent through our next day delivery price plan will need to be signed for on receipt and can not be refunded if no one is available to sign.If not signed for then they will need to be collected by the buyer from the appropriate location.
  • 3.0 We aim at delivering standard parcels within 2-3 days and small parcels within 5 days.
  • 3.1 All orders will be processed by the seller within 24 hours of purchase subject to availability and access to orders.
  • 3.2 Any items that seem to have been opened or defect and are being returned under Clause 2.2 of Terms and Conditions will be subject to refund. All items received back to the seller become property of the seller if unclaimed after 3 months from the return date.
  • 3.3 Any E Cigs received and working starting from the day of purchase will only be covered for replacement for 28 days from this date.
  • 3.4 Items will be shipped mon-fri. Next day delivery only applies when delivery is possible i.e mon-fri. If for any reason items are unable to ship for any reason uncontrolled by the seller then they may not be recieved next day.
  • 3.5 E Cigarettes and all the accessories related to them are covered for up to 28 days from the purchase date. This excludes all clearomizers and atomizers which are covered if DOA (dead on arrival). All Liquid is excluded from all cover and non refundable.
  • 3.6 All atomizers & liquid is excluded from returns for Health & Safety. Any atomizers & liquid received damaged/broken are covered. Atomizers require replacing frequently depending on the usage. We suggest the disposal of all electronic cigarettes within 6 months of purchase in a secure way to avoid any potential damage.
  • 3.7 If postal insurance is NOT taken then we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. All Tracked shipments are automatically covered.
  • 3.8 If under any circumstances there is an error in any order we do not have to process the order unless its on our behalf and the items have been paid for correctly.
  • 3.9 All returns will be subject to replacement after inspection has been made by the seller. Any items returned under the 28 day warranty and seemed to have been abused or misstreated will be excluded from a refund or exchange.
  • 4.1 All prices quoted will be valid for 3 days, after which they can then be altered by the seller.
  • 4.2 The buyer is liable to pay all postage and packaging costs when completing any order.
  • 4.3 If the buyer supplies inaccurate information when ordering then the seller is not liable for lost or missing items.
  • 4.4 Payment should be made with any order including Clause 4.2 of the terms and Conditions.
  • 4.5 Prices subject to change but prices quoted at time of purchase will be honoured.
  • 4.6 The seller is not responsible for and addictive behaviour caused from using an E-Cigarette. The buyer is responsible for their continued use and funding of the E- Cigarette.
  • 4.7 No delivery on bank holidays and weekends.
  • 4.8 EGO Cigarettes are legal to smoke in the Uk where permission is granted. The seller is not responsible for any side effects caused from using them.
  • 4.9 These terms and conditions are subject to change when improvement is made whith in the system database. Any new developments may lead to a change.
  • 5.0 These terms shall govern the contract.
