Im trying to place an order but it keeps saying 'PayPal gateway has rejected request' ?

A – When placing your order with us please ensure you have the correct billing address where the card is registered to and if need change the delivery address after. If you fail to include the correct billing address the transaction is likely to fail to cover the card owner for fraud. If you are unsure what the problem is please contact our sales team. http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/contact-e-cigs-uk

How do I charge the battery?

A – To charge the battery simply unscrew it from your oil tank/clearomizer and screw into the usb charger cable provided. If required you can then also plug the cable into a USB to UK Adaptor or alternatively and EU or US convertor.

How do I fill the oil tank/clearomizer?

A – With nearly all of our eGo range we always suggest you read any information provided with the kit with regards to filling the clearomizer but there are a few rules to follow which applies to nearly all oil tanks/clearomizers on the market. Never get liquid in the centre pipe, this is used as an airway for the vapour smoke and will cause you to enhale liquid and possibly a bubbling noise also. Its normally a good idea to slightly tilt the oil tanks/clearomizer to fill as this will help prevent liquid from going into the centre pipe. You may find it easier to us eone of our needle tip bottles to fill some oil tanks/clearomizers, these can be found here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/accessories/bottle.html

The battery wont work? What could cause this?

A – The first thing to do if your battery isnt working is to make sure its turned on. This can be done by pressing the button either 3 or 5 times in quick succession. If the button now lights up when you press it then the device is on and should be fine, if the button lights up but the device still isnt working then we suggest you give the complete unit a clean making sure you dry all parts and avoid and type of liquid on the atomizer coil direct and also make sure you then re-connect them all so they are screwed together tightly but NOT over tight. This will normally solve any further issues but if it still fails to work then please contact us via email only using the link here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/contact-e-cigs-uk

Why is your delivery so expensive when I only want 1 low priced item?

A – Unfortunately due to the constant increase of Royal Mail’s prices we now use the Royal Mail Tracked service for nearly all shipments. This service has a set price which depends on the service and not the weight of the items. This means for Tracked 48 its £3.99 and Tracked 24 is £5.99 and that covers you for as many items as you want. We feel this service has many benefits. Not only does it mean you know exactly what price you will be paying without the price changing constantly but it also offers a full tracked service from our warehouse to your doorstep and covers all items for insurance. We also feel it benefits you, the customer, by ordering larger orders so you only pay 1 postage fee and not several when ordering many items and for this we reward you with FREE Shipping when you spend £50 or more. Details can be found here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/e-cigs-uk-delivery-and-returns

What does '510 Thread' mean?

A – 510 Threaded batteries and clearomizers means any battery or clearomizer with 510 Thread will work together and can be purchased on this basis. Some clearomizers will screw on the inside thread of a 510 battery and can look much nicer with a convertor ring to cover over the other thread of the battery like the vivi nova’s. You can view the convertor rings here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/accessories/convertors.html

How often do I need to change the Atomizer?

A – Its impossible to determine the exact life spam of an atomizer as it all depends on the user and how frequently they use the device but the typical average is around 3-4 weeks per atomizer. This can be much longer for a lighter user or less for a more heavier user. You can view the full range of atomizers available here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/atomizers.html

Im not getting as much vapour smoke, what could be causing this?

A – There are a few reasons for this to happen. The main reason is that you need to replace the atomizer but you also need to make sure the battery has sufficient charge and that there is liquid in the oil tank/clearomizer as both of these factors will also cause the device to not work to its full potential. If you have changed the atomizer and the battery is charged with plenty of liquid in the oil tank/clearomizer then you may need to contact our Technical Support team for more advice using the contact us section found here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/contact-e-cigs-uk

What is VG and PG?

A – We always advise using our VG/PG mix to give you the best blend of liquid but for those who prefer just VG or PG then we also offer these on their own. Here are the details and definitions of what they mean incase you arnt sure. VG – Gives a sweet smooth vape with plenty of vapour smoke and a thicker liquid. Vegetable Glycerine comes mainly from plants and their oils. Its currently found in many products such as cosmetics and sweeteners. VG is also found in some soaps for people with sensitive skin as it helps to act as a moisturiser for various skin conditions like dry skin, rashes, burns and many more. Its also found to be useful to treat gum disease. PG – Gives a stronger throat hit but not as much vapour smoke and a runnier liquid. Propylene Glycol is mainly used as a food additive but also found in many other items like diazepam, massage oils and deodrants. Some people are allergic to PG and some side effects may be having a sore throat, muscle pains and a stronger smelling urine. If you experience any of these problems consult your local GP (Doctor) but dont worry, you can still enjoy the benefits of using an electronic cigarette by switching to a VG mix.

You can find their contact details here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/contact-e-cigs-uk

My E-Liquid has changed colour, is it still ok to use?

A – All our E-Liquid is made right here in the UK using premium ingriedients. When its made you will notice the bottle date and expiring date. To allows us to offer the liquid qith the vast amount of flavours we have to produce it to order in this way. This means that some flavours may not have fully matured and need a little steeping time. This is when the flavour may become more richer and a strong pigment in colour which is commonly found in the tobacco flavours especially. It doesnt effect the liquids in any way and they are perfectly fine to use still.

What do the led colour mean on the USB Charger Cable?

A – When you initiate a charge normally the battery button led will flash. This happens when you screw the battery into the USB Charger Cable. Once connected the led on the charger will either turn Red which means the battery is charger or Green or Orange to show the battery already full. When charge is complete the battery button led will normally again flash and the charger led will turn from Red to Green. If you are unsure of anything or experiencing problems still please contact us using the contact details here – http://www.egocigarette.co.uk/contact-e-cigs-uk

Where can I track my order using the tracking details?
